The Landmark is a 13-story residential tower with 135 high-end units, 3 levels of parking, ground level retail, pool, water feature, fitness center and golf simulator.
Over 1,500 pieces of art were collected to be thoughtfully displayed on each residence floor, throughout the lobby and in the private wine cellar. The fourth level of the building holds a rooftop spa and gardens that overlook the Front Range.
